Support for the finalization of integrated National Energy and Climate Plans (NECPs) for Albania and Montenegro
Discuss previous NECP scenarios and envisaged steps for alignment during a “kick-off” meeting with the NECP Technical Working Group (TWG) of Albania and of Montenegro. Present and discuss the alignment of NECP scenarios in a series of TWG meetings on the Albanian NECP. Finalize LEAP scenarios underpinning the NECP as well as Chapters 4 and 5 of the NECP. Conduct a training on Albania’s and Montenegro’s NECP LEAP scenarios.
